APPARATUS INVENTORY
Capacity for 5 firefighters and is the secondary response unit to all structure fire emergencies. It has a Cummins C8.3-300 Diesel engine, Allison auto transmission, Hale 1500 GPM pump with top mount panel, 1000 gallon tank, top mounted master stream device, Class A foam system, three 1-3/4" preconnected crosslays, one 2" preconnected crosslay, 1200 ft of 5" supply line, and six 4500psi SCBA's.
Capacity for 3 firefighters and is the secondary response unit for fire emergencies within the city and the primary response unit to mutual aid requests. It is powered by a Caterpillar 3208 diesel engine with an Allison automatic transmission. It has a 1000 GPM Hale pump with a top mounted panel. It can carry a maximum water capacity of 750 gallons. It also features two 1-3/4" preconnected hoselines and four 30min MSA SCBA's.
Capacity for 4 firefighters and is the primary response unit for all emergencies. It has a 1000 GPM Pierce PUC pump with a top mounted panel. It can carry a maximum water capacity of 1000 gallons. It also features three 1-3/4" preconnected hoselines and five 30min MSA SCBA's.
Capacity for 5 firefighters and is the Chief's squad which serves as a command unit at emergency incidents. It has a 5.7L V-8 engine with an automatic transmission.
Capacity for 3 firefighters and is the primary response unit for grass/brush/wildland emergencies. It has a 351 engine, 4 speed manual transmission (4X4), Mertz Marco pump w/ two high pressure reels, 150 gallon tank, six 5 gallon portable backpack tanks, chain saw, leaf blower, swatters, shovels, fire rakes and other misc. equipment.
Capacity for 3 firefighters and is the secondary response unit to fire emergencies with in our fire district. It has a 330 HP Cummins engine, five spd Allison auto transmission, 500 GPM PTO pump, 3000 gallon tank, three 10" pneumatic dumps (1 per side and 1 in the rear), 3500 gallon porta-tank, class B foam w/ related equipment, Honda 2000i generator, 250 GPM portable pump, hoses, nozzles and other fire equipment.
Capacity for 5 firefighters, is a response vehicle for hazmat spills and is the tow vehicle for the the hazmat decon/mass causualty trailer. It is powered by a 6.2L powerstroke turbo diesel engine with a 3 speed automatic/OD transmission. It has a small supply of hamzat spill containment materials and PPE's.
This trailer is utilized for hazmat and mass casualty incidents. It is equiped with decontamination equipment for hazardous materials responses including several quick-up tents. There is also a water heater unit, air unit for the tents and command equipment. It has the capability and supplies for up to 500 non-ambulatory and 400 ambulatory patients.
